Cancellation Policy

All packages quoted are based on dual share, for more options please contact our Reservation Team.

A minimum two-night stay applies over weekends and some holiday periods. Special Holiday periods often incur a minimum three-night stay.

All rates are stated as “from”, are dependent on availability and are subject to change.

To secure all reservations, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of the package is required to be paid 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the same card used to secure the booking by the Reservation Team.

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 10% non-refundable administration fee is retained. Any credit card surcharges are also retained.

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the payment is retained as a cancellation fee.

In the event of a date change (outside of 30 days), a 10% deposit will be retained if the dates cannot be resold. A new 10% deposit is required to secure new dates.

Impossibility Clause: In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to a natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – the amount paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation due to COVID Isolation: This clause is in addition to the impossibility clause. In the event that you are unable to travel because you have returned a positive COVID result and your mandated isolation period falls within your travel dates, the following cancellation policy applies.

On provision of COVID test details, we will do our best to resell the reservation. If we are able to do so then your package value will be forwarded in credit for future use. If we are unable to resell the reservation, 50% of the package value will be charged as a cancellation fee, and 50% will be held in credit for future use.
