Cancellation Policy

All packages quoted are based on dual share, for more options please contact our Reservation Team.

A minimum two-night stay applies over weekends and some holiday periods. Special Holiday periods often incur a minimum three-night stay.

All rates are stated as “from”, are dependent on availability and subject to change.

To secure all reservations, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of the package is required to be paid 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the same card used to secure the booking by the Reservation Team.

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 10% non-refundable administration fee is retained. Any credit card surcharges are also retained.

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of payment is retained as a cancellation fee.

Impossibility Clause: In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – the amount paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.
