Forage & Feast

An opportunity to immerse yourself in life at Dairy Flat Farm, learn from experts, mingle with likeminded travellers, and of course eat very, very well.

There is a combination of hands-on activity in the farm, bake house, kitchen and gardens as well of plenty of time being looked after by our team of hospitality professionals.

All meals and workshops are included, however there will also be free time to simply enjoy the surrounds, be pampered in the spa or go exploring by yourself.

Seasonal visits to additional farm gates, suppliers, makers, growers and cultivators will also be included pending the whims of Mother Nature!

  • Three nights accommodation in sumptuous King Suites with ensuites.
  • A farmhouse style cooked breakfast each morning.
  • A selection of slow fermented sourdough & viennoiserie from the Bake House each day.
  • Lunch on Monday and Tuesday as a part of the workshops and classes.
  • A casual Farmhouse style dinner on the first night hosted by our Farm Manager.
  • A special chefs dinner on the second night presented by a Lake House chef, three set courses featuring “the art of the vegetable”, paired with wines from one of our favourite local vineyards and hosted by the winemaker. *
  • An exclusive tasting menu designed by Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM in the 2 Chefs Hat Lake House Restaurant on the final night, paired with wines from the renowned cellar.
  • All beverages including selected non-alcoholic drinks, tea & coffee, selected beer, wine, cider and cocktails.
  • Transfers to and from the Lake House Restaurant.

  • Suit up for a bee keeping workshop with resident beekeeper Dan the Bee Man.*

All inclusive $2615 per person based on dual occupancy.

Total $5230 per suite.

Please note that reservations must be prepaid at time of booking.

Once complete, reservations cannot be cancelled but are able to be transferred to another guest.

Forage & Feast may be booked exclusively on demand for private groups. Subject to availability and the whims of Mother Nature.
